Brown Road Candle Fundraiser
Order forms due back with payment on Monday October 191h, 2009. Pick up candle orders
at craft fair November 21,2009.Class with the best participation will receive a PIZZA LUNCH!lIII
Husky/Mohawk cards
With this newsletter you will find a Husky/Mohawk loyalty card. It is the easiest way to
fundraise for the school. Each time you purchase gas or products at either Husky/Mohawk
you will earn money for Hudson Road PAC. The family who supports this fundraiser the most
from now until the end of May will receive a prize!
Craft Fair
Saturday, November 21,2009. Table rental for crafters are $25.00 and applications are
available online at www.hre.sd23.bc.ca or in the office. The Craft Fairis going to be twice
as big and twice as fun as last year.
Family Halloween Dance
Friday October 30, 2009 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Spooky cckewclk will be held at the Halloween Dance this year. If you wish to donate a
cake or some cupcakes please do so from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at the office or from 5:00pm
to 6:00pm on the day to the dance. We will be doing theme baskets for the raffle this year.
Please send a donation with your child for the basket their class is responsible for. The
themes this year are:
Mrs. Dawson / Mrs. Good: CANDY
Mrs. Richardson: COFFEE/TEA
Mrs. Wannop: CHOCOLATE
Ms. Morden: CRAFTS
Ms. Romano: GAMES
Mrs. Frechette: COFFEE/TEA
Mr. Jarvis: GIFT CARD (wal-mart, tim hortons, starbucks, mail gc, etc.)
Mrs. Little: SPA
Mr. Flood: SPORTS
Mrs. Kang: MOVIE BASKET
Mr. Kroeker: SPORTS
